My name is Carmen, and I come from the middle of nowhere.My art is hand-drawn and colored psychedelia. I draw distorted figures with themes of discomfort, self-hate, and death. Being trans and autistic, I’ve lived my life feeling out of place in my own body. My work is how I process that. It’s not always pretty and most of my work never sees the light of day. But it's there. It's real. The most real thing I'll ever do.I love the psychedelic. Life is one massive trip. I'm just glad to be here for the ride.
